Exercise might be the secret to keeping your mind sharp. New research by the University of Southern Queensland reveals 100 minutes of exercise every week improves brain health. The results, published in the journal Frontiers in Aging Neuroscience, show for the first time positive changes in cognition and brain blood vessel function in older people.
