Special guest Jason Davidson moved to Ipswich in 1995 to further his career as a chef. He went on to open Figjam Café in Limestone Street, then won of the hearts, minds and taste buds of thousands of Ipswich residents through major catering contracts at events and festivals. A little over 20 years ago Jason discovered some previously unknown family history from a phone call out of the blue.
